    Slurry pump for coal industry is mainly used in coal preparation plant. The purposes of coal preparation are as follows: 1. Remove impurities in coal, reduce ash content, improve coal quality and meet user requirements; 2. Divide coal into products of different quality and specifications and supply products needed by users so as to make effective and reasonable use of coal and economize on coal use; 3. Introduction of coal preparation process

    The coal preparation plant is a complete set of process system, which is mainly composed of coal receiving system, raw coal preparation system, separation system, dehydration and demineralization system, slime water system and product transportation system.

    The coal receiving system is composed of coal unloader, coal receiving pit, coal feeder and belt conveyor. The coal from the coal receiving pit can be fed to the belt conveyor through the impeller coal feeder and transported to the coal storage bunker.

    Raw coal preparation (screening and crushing) is generally composed of screening, manual separation, crushing and other processes. Its task is mainly to preliminarily remove impurities and prepare for the separation workshop.

    Coal separation is the application of mineral processing technology in the coal industry. The common coal preparation methods are jigging, heavy medium and flotation.
