Shijiazhuang Industrial Pump Factory Co., Ltd. (short name is SGB) is a state-owned large-scale industrial slurry pumps manufacturer integrating R&D, design, manufacture, marketing and service. It has more than 1100 employees and belongs to Jizhong Energy Group - one of the World’s Top 500 Companies. With more than 70 years history of machinery along with over 30 years experience in industrial pumps, SGB has a very high market share in China and it is also the leader slurry pump manufacturer in China.
After many years' development, SGB now occupies 20,000 square meters site area, 800 large and medium equipment and over 200 sophisticated equipment such as CNC, Director-reading Spectrometer, CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine), Rapid-typing Machine and large hydraulic test station, etc. Based on these facilities, SGB has the abilities of material inspection, casting, welding, machining, assembling and the performance test of pump unit. In 2014 and 2016, SGB built advanced Lost Foam Process and V-process casting production lines respectively, and the casting capacity increasing from 8000 tons/year to 12000 tons/year, and the maximum casting capacity of a single piece is 20 tons. In order to cooperate with the transformation and upgrading of casting, SGB has introduced dozens of CNC processing equipment in recent years, and all casting tooling has realized NC intelligent production, which has improved the accuracy of model size and production efficiency, and shortened the production cycle. The maximum diameter of the workpiece can be machined by SGB is over 5 meters and the maximum flow rate of SGB’s pump product is more than 30,000 cubic meters per hour. With an annual production of 15,000 pumps, SGB now is the largest industrial pump manufacturer with high comprehensive capacity of design and producing.
As a High & New Tech enterprise, SGB owns a municipal research center with strong R&D research capability and a team of more than 350 engineers along with 100 senior engineers. There are material laboratory, physical lab, chemical lab, 3D scanning equipment, MAXUM, 3D coordinate measure machine, metallographic analysis software, casting simulation software, CFD computer-aided design, PLM (product lifecycle management), CAPP and etc. hardware and software in SGB. The 250ZJ-75 slurry pump has been certified National New Product. Until now, we have 18 patents.
SGB has passed the ISO9001 quality, ISO14001 environment, ISO45001 occupational health and safety, ISO10012 measurement, ISO50001 energy management system certifications, and keep effective operation. Our company is a second-level safety and quality standardization machinery manufacturing enterprise, centrifugal slurry pump, centrifugal flue gas desulfurization circulating pump, marine dredger pump and other national industry standards drafting unit. ZJ series slurry pump is recommended as the main auxiliary equipment of thermal power unit by the Ministry of Electric Power Industry and the General Institute of Electric Power Planning and Design, and has been awarded the "Adopting international standard Product Marking Certificate" issued by China National Standardization Committee. The slurry pump and desulfurization pump have obtained "CE" certification, the dredging pump has won the "China Classification Society Type Approval Certificate", and the multi-stage pump has obtained the "Mine Product Safety Mark Certificate".
In response to market demand, SGB has developed slurry pump, desulfurization pump, marine pump, chemical pump, multi-stage pump, wear-resistant double suction pump and other products, with more than 350 specifications and models. Besides, we can customize accessories and spare parts according to the drawings from customer. We own the intellectual property rights of all our products. Industrial Pump Products of SGB have great reputation in China and have been widely used in mining, metallurgy, coal, electricity, environmental protection, dredging, chemical and other industries. SGB has more than 50% domestic market share more than 2,000 customers, and in the same time, SGB has about 50 overseas customers in more than 20 countries, like Russian, Turkey, South Africa, India, Mongolia etc.
