Heavy Duty Slurry Pump

The HZJ Series are designed with high chrome alloy materials heavy duty slurry pump specifically designed to accommodate large quantities of abrasive and solids with particles at high flows.

Typically used in the mining, beneficiation, metallurgy industry units are designed to handle liquids chemical slurries, mud, lime , fly ash, gravel and mineral products. Applications range from transfer to filter press feed, and blasting.

The HZJ series of pumps are manufactured utilising oversized bearings of heavy duty design. Bearings can be grease or oil lubricated. Designs are available in a variety materials to accommodate all slurry types and can be directly motor driven or belt driven depending on application.

Structural Features:

- Single stage, single suction, single case, horizontal centrifugal pump;

- Wet parts such as casing, impeller, liner plate in anti-abrasion high chrome cast iron alloy;

- The pump head is designed with support to ensure the stable and reliable operation;

- The bearing assembly adopts the cylinder bracket structure, which can bear the heavy duty condition;

- Packing or mechanical seal;

- Thickened design of wet parts such as casing, impeller, suitable for the transportation of heavy duty slurry;

- Hydraulic optimization design, high-efficient, energy-saving and stable operation.
