DT Series Medium Horizontal Desulphurization Pump

DT Series Medium Horizontal Desulphurization Pump is designed with horizontal, single-case, single-stage, single suction, bracket or suspension type structure, of which the maximum flow rate can be 1000m³/h and the head is generally from 9-80m. It can be used as limestone slurry transfer pump, gypsum discharge pump sewage pump and so on. All wet-end parts are made of high chrome alloy material GLH-5 and GLH-6(equivalent to A49). According to the technical scheme, by adopting optimized structural design and special modified materials, abrasion and corrosion resistance of the Horizontal desulphurization pump can be achieved, and the service life of the desulphurization pump is prolonged.

-The series medium horizontal desulphurization pump offer the special features of being high in efficiency, long in service life, reliable in operation.

-The wet parts are made of chrome-nickel alloy with high abrasive and corrosive resistance. The clearance  between cryween crystalline is very small; so the material has the ability of inter crystalline crack resistance under  corroded by chlorion and high mechanical strength.

-The series desulfurization pumps can operate reliably lest the or nonmetallic pumps appear fragment, avulsion and distortion.

-The hydraulic loss coefficient is small. The hydraulic efficiency of DT series desulfurization pumps is higher  3% than that of other pumps with the same parameters.

- The metal pumps have the feature of being easy in control of dimensions, high in degree of finish, small in fit  clearance, high in volumetric efficiency. The comprehensive efficiency of metal is higher 5% than that of nonmetal  pumps.

- The wet parts of metal pumps can bear higher shear and sliding wear than that of nonmetal pumps. So the wet  parts of metal pumps can support shear wear for long and have long service life. 

- The dynamic wearing rate is 0. 008-0. 08mm per year. Because of high strength, the wet parts can retian steady  performance under long-term abrasion.
